How HostBridge Keeps Your Data Secure

Encrypted Connections

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS encryption. Your information is protected as it moves between your PMS, HostBridge, and your AI assistant.

OAuth Authentication

HostBridge uses OAuth—the same secure method used by apps you trust every day. We never see or store your PMS password.

Secure Token Storage

Your access credentials are encrypted at rest. Even if someone gained access to our database, they couldn't read your tokens.

No Third-Party Sharing

Your data stays between you, your PMS, and your AI assistant. We never sell or share your information with third parties.

Disconnect Anytime

You can revoke HostBridge's access to your PMS at any time through your dashboard. When you disconnect, all access stops immediately.

Up-to-Date Security

We keep our systems patched and up to date. Security isn't a one-time thing.

You decide exactly what your AI assistant can do. Enable only the capabilities you need.

  • Read access: View bookings, guest information, revenue reports, and property data
  • Booking updates: Modify existing bookings, update pricing, change dates (opt-in)
  • Calendar management: Block dates, adjust availability (opt-in)
  • Guest communication: Send messages to guests (opt-in)

How It Works

Each capability is a separate permission you can turn on or off. Start with read-only access and add write permissions as you get comfortable.

  • 1.By default, your AI assistant can only read your data
  • 2.Enable specific write capabilities in your dashboard (bookings, calendar, messages)
  • 3.Change permissions anytime - turn capabilities on or off as needed

Start safe, expand later: Many users start with read-only access to get comfortable with the system. When you're ready, enable write capabilities for specific tasks you want your AI to help with.
