HostBridge connects to your PMS using secure OAuth authentication—the same method used by trusted apps across the web. You grant permission once, and HostBridge can query your data on your behalf.
Your data stays in your PMS. HostBridge doesn't store your bookings, guest information, or property details. It simply requests data when you ask a question, then passes it to your AI assistant for a natural response.
You stay in control. You can revoke HostBridge's access anytime from your PMS settings. AI assistants will never make changes to your bookings without your explicit permission, and you can run the server in read-only mode for additional peace of mind.
